We got to meet with Stefan a couple of times this last week. Each time went very well with him. It's great with him because he knows he can be completely honest with us and ask questions whenever he wants. That makes the teaching a lot more effective. He asks a lot of questions and just takes everything in. The members really like him, as well, which is always good. Then, we also got to meet with Denise again, finally. She was sick for about 2 weeks so we couldn't meet with her. The appointment went very well with her.
Not too much happened this past week. I had an exchange with Elder Hans. He is from Ohio and he actually knows Elder (DJ) Whitesell. Elder Whitesell was serving in his ward right before he left on his mission, and he did splits and stuff with Elder Whitesell. That was really cool.
We spent a lot of time this last week, though, out on the streets because we didn't have too many appointments. We met with Stefan, Denise, and these two member families and that was about it.
The weather is unpredictable, as well. It’s in that stage where one day it is warm and nice and then another day it’s pretty cool. Typical fall season.
OH YA!!! President Monson is coming to Germany!!! In October he will be coming to Germany for 2 weeks! The only city he will be visiting in our mission is Munich. Hopefully he will want to meet with all of the missionaries. That would be the metal of metal.
