Things are still going great here with Okafor. He is looking forward to his baptism coming up. We met with him twice this past week and will try to meet with him 3 times in the coming week since his baptism is coming up. He is doing pretty awesome, though. Meeting with him and Gabriel is always fun. The two of them together is pretty funny. It's like when Garrett, DJ and I would get together, in a way. The ward is stoked here, though, for Okafor, and we are, too, of course.
Things are going better with Christine. We brought a member with us when we visited with her who has been baptized twice, and he told he the story of his conversation and stuff. It was pretty metal. The Spirit was definitely there. At the end of the visit, she prayed about Joseph Smith and wanted to know the truth. We haven't had a chance to return and meet her. We had an appointment but it fell through. Hopefully we get to see her in the coming week or on Sunday.
The office work was the same. Nothing big happened this past week. The weather is staying really nice. That's good because people have been nicer since the weather has been good.
(In response to a question from home:) No, a new missionary didn't come in the last transfer to replace me. Maybe in 5 weeks a new one will come in and then I will have to train him on what to do. Ya, they say when you come to the office you are here at least 6 months. So we'll see what happens.
It is hard finding investigators, though. Like I've said before. The best way is through members, because they know a lot more people than we do, and the introduction to the missionaries is a lot better than from on the streets.
